The Story Behind Tiana’s Tiana’s was born out of a dream that has been in my heart since 2009, when I first saw Disney’s The Princess and the Frog. Tiana’s journey resonated deeply with me—her resilience, determination, and unwavering passion for her dreams mirrored my own. Just like her, I believe in hard work, never giving up, and the magic of bringing people together through food. In the movie, Tiana’s love for sharing her cooking with others inspired joy and connection, and that vision stuck with me for years. It planted a seed in my heart—to one day open a restaurant where people can come together, enjoy incredible food, and celebrate culture and community. That’s why I started Tiana’s—to bring this dream to life, step by step. Through catering, festivals, and private events, I’m sharing my passion for food and storytelling, with the hope that one day Tiana’s Place will become a reality.
